In my work, I support parents to better understand their child's needs and strengths. One of the most important things I share with families is that our children are not the ones who need to change. Instead, when we shift our understanding, expectations and strategies as parents, we create environments where our children can feel understood, confident and able to thrive.
My approach is warm, practical and rooted in real-life experience. I work alongside families to build strategies that support calmer homes, stronger relationships and children who feel valued for who they are.
"Nobody should have to go through this alone"
There's no one-size-fits-all approach to ADHD. What works brilliantly for one person may not work at all for another, and that's completely okay. My job is to find what works for you.
I will create a bespoke plan using practical tips and strategies to help your family lead a calmer life.
"Practical strategies that I wish I had known after my child got her diagnosis"
Having spent more than 20 years in education, I have seen first-hand the profound impact teachers can have on neurodivergent children, both positively and negatively. The right understanding, support and approach can help a child build confidence, thrive in the classroom and reach their potential.
My training for schools is designed to bridge that gap by providing teachers and school staff with a deeper understanding of ADHD and the practical tools that can make a real difference in the classroom.
"When teachers feel confident and supported, children feel understood, and that is when real progress happens."
Bespoke training sessions designed for classroom teachers, helping them:
Comprehensive INSET days for entire school staff, including teachers, TAs, lunchtime supervisors and SLT, creating a unified, school-wide approach to supporting neurodivergent pupils.
Bespoke training sessions designed for working parents with ADHD children.
When I first started my business, I asked parents what they felt was missing in the support available to those raising neurodivergent children. The response was clear: many felt their employers simply didn't understand the realities they face.
From the challenges of getting out of the house on time, to attending appointments with specialists, schools and support services, and finding the time and headspace to truly understand and support their child, these demands are significant and often invisible in the workplace.
That's why I'm passionate about delivering workplace presentations that support both sides. I help parents access practical tools and strategies they may not otherwise have time to seek out, while also increasing awareness and understanding of ADHD and its impact on family life across teams and organisations.
If your organisation is committed to supporting employee wellbeing in a meaningful way, I'd love to connect and discuss the range of tailored packages I offer.
"When you take care of your people, they give you their best. Not because they have to, but because they can."
